Learn Chef Mat’s secrets to flawless, crispy fried green tomatoes, paired with a homemade cajun remoulade. For the main course, master two traditional Cajun and Creole recipes brimming with authentic spices and flavors: a seafood gumbo and a chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya. The meal ends on a sweet note with a luscious bananas foster.
