Crepes have been a popular food item in France for over one hundred years, and now you can learn to create your very own savory crepes with the expert guidance of Chef Ken. Indulge your palate with a special menu that will make for a delightful and informative class without the intimidation.
Your experience begins with preparing a succulent smoked salmon crepe gateau, followed by tender chicken, spinach, and mushroom buckwheat crepe. The class concludes with a mouthwatering crepe suzette.
