There is nothing quite like the enjoyment that comes from indulging in your own culinary creation, and now you can experience that feeling again and again in your own home. Chef Ken enjoys sharing his passion for cooking and will guide you through the steps to make these distinctly French delights in a fun and engaging environment.
The class begins with a tender and savory smoked salmon crepe gateau, followed by succulent chicken, spinach, and mushroom buckwheat crepe. The class concludes with learning to prepare a heavenly crepe suzette.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
