Chef Ken enjoys sharing his passion for cooking and provides his expert guidance so you can learn to prepare these meals in your own home for you and your guests to enjoy again and again.
The meal begins with a mouthwatering amuse bouche. Continue with learning to prepare zesty greens, followed by a tender and juicy steak Diane. For the grand finale, enjoy a decadent rustic tart.
