Ready to learn some new techniques to complement your favorite sweets? Look no further than learning the art of mousse and coulis with Chef Ricky. With his years of experience, you’re in the perfect hands to add some new skills to your repertoire.
First, you will learn the secrets behind making the perfect coulis, a thick French sauce made with fruit.
Next, Chef Ricky will teach you how to make a mousse flavored with tequila and fresh lime. Along with that, you will make a mousse with blueberries and the spicy flavors of ginger root. Finally, finish the evening creating a mousse with decadent chocolate and the essence of orange.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
