Want to hone your chopping, slicing, and dicing while whipping up a delicious meal?
You’ll start the evening with an herbaceous salad of fennel, bright citrus and fresh goat cheese. Next up is a succulent pan roasted chicken breast stuffed with herbs, perfectly juicy and expertly seasoned. Pair your chicken with potatoes persillade, a delectable French-inspired dish of crispy potatoes and fresh parsley. Finally, end the evening with a dessert that joins the flavors of juicy orange and spicy ginger in perfect harmony.
