This cooking class focuses on mastering global bread craftsmanship. You’ll create rich Irish soda bread with cheddar and spring onions, light and airy Italian focaccia infused with rosemary and roasted garlic and delectable pesto rolls. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Resident Chef and he his assistant were great. Although the risotto lacked sufficient flavor, the soufflé and scallops were tasty. I like that they get everyone involved with the cooking and taught some helpful techniques that make prep easier.

We were turned away once we were there last night since our class was canceled last minute and unfortunately had already been sent out to buy wine for the class. And was told we were notified and sent a refund but I have received nothing so can someone please get back to me about this
