Take a culinary journey to France and learn to prepare traditional dishes that delight and inspire. Chef Pierre hails from France and has worked with notable chefs both in his home country and Italy and has served four U.S. Presidents as an Executive Chef. He greatly enjoys sharing his knowledge and teaching in an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and intimidation-free. Even when the class concludes, you will be able to bring your new skills into your own kitchen to delight dinner guests again and again.

Your experience begins with preparing a savory grilled sole, from prepping the fish to serving the dish with delectable couscous, flavorful mango salsa, and mouthwatering tangy orange citrus glaze. Conclude your class with a tarte tatin that is fit-for-the-gods.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Pierre is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
