Experience the flavors of Spain from gazpacho to grilled prawns
Enjoy learning how to create tasty tapas while Chef Shelley teaches you about the history of Spanish cuisine and its influences. Catalan cuisine has been a leader in culinary innovations for the last several decades.
In this 3-hour class you will create a delicious three course meal starting with a white gazpacho made with olive oil, bread, almonds, garlic and sherry served chilled and garnished with green grapes. You will follow this with a rich Spanish ratatouille.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shelley is such a great person and such a great instructor. Her class is fun and easy and her socca is unforgettable!
