The cuisine of the island of Sardinia is trending at the moment. Influenced by the Spanish, French, Italians, and Moors, Sardinian cuisine represents the best blending of land and sea. During this fun, three hour class, Chef Shelley will show you how to prepare three simple recipes then you will sit down to enjoy a sumptuous feast of seafood and lamb.
The meal will start with a seafood salad that includes calamari octopus, mussels and clams. You will serve this with flatbread you've baked yourself. Next you will prepare roast lamb with mirto sauce and fregola. To top off the meal you will enjoy a simple sweet of roasted figs with Pecorino cheese and honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
