Sushi Making Class - Rock and Roll Sushi

Learn proper knife techniques to cut and roll your way to stunning sushi.

Chef Chericia, who studied sushi for two and a half years from a master sushi chef, clearly learned the tricks of the trade and knows how to demonstrate each step with careful, precise instruction that even the most basic beginner can master.

In this interactive sushi-making class, Chef Chericia will begin by teaching you how to straighten and sharpen knives. Then, practice making sushi rice and the art of rolling and cutting perfect rolls, including the a spicy lobster roll and wagyu beef roll with wasabi aioli. End with a sweet fruit roll.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
