Cooking Class - Vanishing Vegetables

Learn to sneak vegetables effortlessly into your daily routine

Chef Tiffany has been teaching in schools for years and is an expert at delegating learning tasks and directing students to learn while doing. In this three hour class you will prepare everything under her guidance and learn as you cook.

Learn to add extra vitamins to everyday menus as you create a delicious meal with hidden benefits. First you will create a creamy, fruit smoothie with greens. Then you will prepare a summer vegetable ratatouille served with home-baked zucchini bread.

Guests are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.

Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.
