What You’ll Do

Become a patisserie pro with this fun, interactive session devoted to puff pastry.

Add a new skill to your culinary CV with a cooking class devoted to perfect puff pastry. In this hands-on session, you’ll pick up chef secrets to making a rough puff dough before transforming it into crisp cinnamon sugar palmiers, delicious cherry turnovers and savory caramelized onion and Gruyère tartlets.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had a great experience today! I brought my daughter for her birthday. The entire staff was friendly - the pace of the lesson was excellent, and the end project was so great. Would highly recommend this class!

The Chef was lovely, and the pastries turned out great. I only wish everyone at the table had their dough to work with instead of sharing, and it was awkward at times. There was an individual who was baking most of the time and not allowing others to have an opportunity. I think the class is overpriced if you have to share and are not baking or cooking. That is my honest review.
