Cooking Class - Spring Inspired Macarons

What You’ll Do

Discover the secrets to making fresh macarons inspired by spring.

Add a spring sparkle to your macarons at this fresh cooking class. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or new to macarons, you’ll discover plenty of useful advice as the chef instructor guides you through whisking egg whites into meringue, adding flavors and baking. Finally you’ll make creamy fillings to produce espresso macarons and a toasted almond version.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
