If your favorite flavors lean to the Caribbean, you'll want to head to this cooking class. You'll join a gourmet chef with a love of cuisine and a knack for creating authentic recipes. Start by preparing tostones and a creamy garlic mojo dipping sauce. Practice knife skills while dicing mangoes for salsa to top jerk chicken. For dessert, enjoy caramelized pineapple Sundaes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
