Cooking Class - Traditional Chinese Pastries
Chef Grace has traveled Europe extensively, where she learned the technique for tiramisu upon visiting a 100-year-old ice cream shop in Italy. She greatly enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge in preparing fine dishes and desserts.
The class begins with creating a delectable Hong Kong egg tart with a crispy shell and creamy custard center while you enjoy a Shanghai-style wonton. Your journey concludes with learning how to make the chef's signature tiramisu, which you can take home to chill in the refrigerator overnight, then enjoy the next day!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
