Cooking Class - Traditional Chinese Pastries
Chef Grace has traveled Europe extensively, where she learned the technique for tiramisu upon visiting a 100-year-old ice cream shop in Italy. She greatly enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge in preparing fine dishes and desserts.
The class begins with creating a delectable Hong Kong egg tart with a crispy shell and creamy custard center while you enjoy a Shanghai-style wonton. Your journey concludes with learning how to make the chef's steamed sticky rice cake, a chewy dessert that will delight your taste buds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
