Explore the lighter side of brunch in this hands-on paleo brunch class with Chef V, an excellent paleo chef who centers her classes and menus around fresh and sustainable ingredients and practical techniques.

This class puts fruits and vegetables front and center, as in Chef V's fluffy and herbaceous frittata, simply dressed microgreens, and berry mint medley dessert. At the end of the class, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal together.
