Josh is a super talented and sharp chef! His breadth of knowledge is really impressive, but he's able to share it in such a way that isn't intimidating at all. I was so fascinated by the way he plates his food, and feel like I really learned a lot in just a couple of hours. I'd take another class with him, or try a private dining experience to just relax and be pampered!
Meet your chef
Chef Josh grew up in the kitchen cooking with his father and began cooking at local restaurants through his early school years. After college, he moved to Chicago and worked at the legendary Charlie Trotter's as well as three Michelin-starred L2O and several other Michelin-rated restaurants in Chicago and San Francisco. Recently, he moved back to his hometown, Los Angeles, and worked at Petrossian, Providence, Red Medicine and Alma before transitioning to being a private chef.
