Explore the wide world of Italian cuisine in a hands-on cooking class. Learn to make restaurant-quality Italian fare under the instruction of a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Master new skills in the kitchen while cooking through a multi-course meal.
Start with a tomato basil crostini with pomegranate balsamic glaze as an appetizer. Next, learn to make hearty Tuscan chicken with creamy garlic Parmesan truffle mashed potatoes. End your night by whipping up an Italian cream cake trifle made from decadent layers of coconut, pudding, cake and pecans for dessert.
