Prepare some cozy French favorites in this fun cooking class.
French cuisine has a number of cozy meals that warm your heart and your kitchen which you will learn how to make in this French comfort meals cooking class. The five-star chef will show you how to prepare a hearty and rich slow-cooked cassoulet with a side of green beans in warm butter. Indulge in a chocolate dessert infused with hazelnuts at the end of the meal.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.
