In this unusual and exciting cooking class, Chef Chrissy Marie calls upon her Southern heritage to teach you the techniques and traditions of a genuine crab boil.
As crab boils go, this class and meal consists of a singular feast brimming with an abundance of shrimp, crab, sausage, corn, and potatoes laced with aromatic spices and seasonings. You’ll take part in preparing the components of the spread and discover the methods used to ensure flavorful and perfectly cooked seafood. While the lesson transpires, enjoy a selection of appetizers and refreshing iced tea and lemonade.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chrissy was very nonce but the experience was not what we expected. Very simple meal. No instruction. Left after 90 minutes. Tried to add a $69 travel charge.

Class was super fun! we learned possibly the best collard greens recipe ever and practiced some basic kitchen skills. my friends and i had a private class to celebrate some birthdays Chef Chrissy did not disappoint! we had so much fun making collard greens, fried chicken, mac and cheese and red velvet waffles for lunch! there was also so much food leftover to take home! This was the last class in her old place, so we were a little discombobulated in getting on the things we needed to cook. Was super fun and would definitely recommend again! Note that the website says biscuits and gravy are on the menu but they're not. believe me, theres still more than enough food to go around.
