Cooking Class - Riveting Ravioli

What You’ll Do

Experience the thrill of making handmade pasta from scratch.

Dive into the art of making the freshest ravioli in this immersive cooking class. The chef instructor will guide you through creating two delicious types: butternut squash with cider cream sauce and three cheese with pancetta and tomato sauce. Learn to make fresh pasta dough, shape, fill, and cook each ravioli perfectly. Complement the meal with freshly shaved Brussels sprouts, walnuts, and citrus salad for a delightful flavor sensation.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
