Cooking Class - Opulent French Cuisine

Lovers of luxury, gourmet and all things five-star French cuisine will delight in this cooking class experience. Recreate your French restaurant favorites with the guidance of a world-class chef. Your chef will show you how to master techniques including caramelizing, sautéing and pan-roasting for your main course. For dessert, enjoy flambéed pears topped with whipped crème fraîche, heavenly is an understatement!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun night learning to cook with my wife. We teamed up with another couple to prepare hands on a wonderful meal that we are looking forward to recreate at home. We are already planning on returning again.
