What You’ll Do

Craft your own croissants in this class dedicated to France’s favorite pastry.

Learn the essential techniques to creating your own flaky, buttery croissants at home in this practical cooking class. Working along with the chef tutor’s instructions, you’ll discover how to make dough and laminate with layers of fresh butter, before shaping into the classic crescent shape. By the end of the class you’ll have learnt how to make savory and sweet croissants and have the skills to make your very own patisserie at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

A truly fun experience! It was delicious food and we learned new techniques for cooking.

Not even close to expectation. Very little concept was taught/demonstrated on sushi making. Tuna was not sushi grade. No mention of any ideas like nigiri or hand roll. Had to ask for wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Quite disappointing.
