What You’ll Do

Uncover the autumnal flavors of Morocco

Explore the delicious flavors of Moroccan cuisine in this engaging cooking class. Discover this exciting blend of Spanish, French, Middle Eastern and African cuisines. You’ll learn how to prepare chicken tagine, a dish named after the cone-shaped pot in which it’s cooked. Using aromatic spices and herbs, you’ll prepare two tasty sides of couscous and a carrot salad. For dessert, you'll make Mhencha, a delicate swirled pastry.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Emily wasnt our chef but it was a fun and wonderful experience. Be prepared to get your hands dirty. Really delicious and easy to make food and we learned a lot about cooking!
