Homemade beats bakery-made hands-down in an exciting cooking class that brings cherished techniques into your baking life. Give yourself the gift of guided instruction from a baking expert as you learn to prepare from-scratch focaccia flavored with fragrant rosemary and zesty garlic and a batch of miniature baguettes you'll transform into delightful ricotta and honey-topped crostini.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After graduating, Chef Dante pursued higher education in the culinary arts while working full-time at a prestigious hotel. His extensive experience includes working at various esteemed establishments, continually honing his skills.
