Cooking Class - Sauce Showcase

What You’ll Do

Uncover the secrets to making silky smooth sauces every time in this practical class.

Take your kitchen skills from zero to ten with an in-depth cooking class focussed on sauces. Following your expert chef instructor, you’ll discover techniques to create a Hollandaise sauce with a touch of saffron that goes perfectly with simply seared salmon. You’ll also transform a simple salad with the addition of a Shallot-Dijon vinaigrette. Finally, you’ll practice sweet sauces by making a honey crème anglaise and pairing it with a pear soufflé.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
