What You’ll Do

Immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Italian cuisine.

During this hands-on cooking class, experience the warmth and flavor of Italy with this celebratory menu. Craft fresh pasta dough and master a creamy sauce with eggs, cheese and pancetta for a comforting dish. Enjoy the bounty of late summer with a vibrant salad and a from-scratch dressing. End with decadent tiramisu, featuring rich espresso and dark chocolate.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
