If you’re looking for a cooking class where you can learn how to create a classic treat while also unleashing your artistic potential, check out this 3-hour immersive experience. From how to balance your flavors to how to create picture-perfect cookies, you’ll unlock the secrets of the French macaron with help from a world-class chef.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.

It was a good experience. Enjoyed the food prep and learned a few techniques I’ll use at home. The process was a bit different than I expected but having not gone before that’s ok. It was just different from other classes I’ve taken.

What an informative and enjoyable European Breads Class! Pia and Stephanie were fantastic, and our three (!) breads all turned out beautifully during our allotted three hour class. It was a terrific way to celebrate my birthday with my dear friend.

What an amazing class! The Chef was super prepared and made our experience seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this class. It is also awesome we were able to bring a bottle of wine just like we would when cooking at home.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
