Cooking Class - Patisserie Eclairs

What You’ll Do

Learn patisserie techniques for crafting classic French eclairs.

You don’t need years of pastry training to make French eclairs with this comprehensive cooking class. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll practice essential skills from mixing and piping the choux dough to baking your pastry. Whisk together two flavors of luscious pastry cream as the chef shares tips for filling your eclairs and finishing with a patisserie-style glaze.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
