Cooking Class - Spotlight on Sauces

What You’ll Do

Turn the spotlight on sauces, an essential part of any meal, in this interactive workshop.

Pick up fundamental kitchen skills at a cooking class devoted to sauces. Great for all skill levels, this class will show you techniques for making smooth and velvety sauces. Start with a classic Hollandaise, which is paired with salmon, before progressing onto a shallot-Dijon vinaigrette that makes any salad sparkle. Then, end you look at sauces by preparing a honey infused crème anglaise poured over a pear soufflé.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
