Finally, craft indulgent no-bake chocolate macaroons using coconut flakes, cocoa, sunflower butter, apricot jam and chocolate.

She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.

I had a great time in Chef Lisa's macaron and chocolate classes! She makes the experience equally fun and informative, and I walked away feeling like I could attempt these recipes at home. Both classes are gluten free, and I felt confident as someone with a gluten allergy that all the ingredients were safe.
