In this immersive cooking class, you’ll explore the meticulous art of crafting French croissants. The chef will teach you essential techniques from mixing and laminating dough to shaping and baking the croissants to a golden finish. By the end of this three-hour deep dive, you’ll master the skills you need to craft impressive sweet and savory croissants.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Disappointed in our experience. Having people touch and share food in a group environment was inappropriate and unsanitary to us. We ended up leaving early.
