Become a grill master and turn your backyard into a sizzling paradise.

Experience this summer grilling cooking class and uncover the secrets to crafting a delectable seasonal menu. Under the expert guidance of an experienced chef instructor, learn to prepare chicken with a tangy apricot glaze paired with a refreshing feta vinaigrette. Create a creamy polenta with sweet corn and basil, a hint of the grill’s smoky flavor. Finish with homemade ice cream and roasted peaches, which capture the essence of summer.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
