What You’ll Do

Now that summer's here it's time to celebrate in style

Explore the vibrant flavors of summer with this seasonal cooking class featuring fresh ingredients and delightful dishes that celebrate the summer. You’ll learn how to properly prepare a flank steak topped with a zesty relish crafted with fresh corn and tomatillos. Next, prepare stone fruit with peppery arugula and goat cheese in a perfect summer salad. Indulge your sweet tooth with seasonal fruits and crème fraîche on a nutty shortbread.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We went for a girls night out and a birthday. We had a lot of fun. Food was great. Highly recommend. Will go back for date night with my husband. You can bring your own wine or beer too. We enjoyed a bottle of wine
