Guided by Chef Jen, you and your colleagues will work alongside one another to create a seasonal spring dinner that spotlights local ingredients. Learn to make restaurant-worthy fare such as an asparagus bisque with a swirl of crème fraîche, a risotto with mushrooms, and wild salmon with a delicious caper-currant vinaigrette. Finish the meal by discovering how to prepare the perfect strawberry shortcake of buttermilk biscuits with whipped chantilly cream. Weather permitting, you’ll end this experience by dining al fresco with your colleagues in Chef Jen’s lovely backyard.
