In this class, Chef Ron will show you how to create classic seasonal recipes, vegan-style, with a menu featuring a rich vegetable neapolitan, a ginger chili lemon soup and sugar plums. Afterwards, you’ll get learn more about everything you just saw via a Q&A, then finish off the experience with a tasting of each dish.
