In this experience, you’ll be taught how to make plant-based twists on Italian dishes, such as a refreshing lemon risotto, a dairy-free Alfredo pasta primavera, a "neatball" sandwich made out of sunflower seeds, and a minestrone soup. Take this class to create filling, yet healthy versions of Italian favorites like a pro and learn a few advanced vegan cooking skills in the process.

I had the pleasure to enjoy chef Ron's food during my last trip to Los Angeles. He is very knowledgable, very passionate about vegan and healthy diets and certainly one of the best vegan chefs that I know. Can't recommend his vegan cooking classes enough.
