Cooking Class - Fresh and Vibrant Vegan Menu

Vegetables have never tasted as good as they will in this immersive cooking class. Chef Jennifer will teach you how to make an entirely vegan meal bursting with flavor.
To begin the class, you'll use king oyster mushrooms to make pan-seared "scallops" cooked with tangy lemon and garlic. Next, make a vegan cacio e pepe with a creamy cashew cheese sauce. Sautéed broccolini in olive oil and garlic to serve as a side. Then, finish the meal with a dark chocolate mousse made with tofu to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
