Cooking Class - Farm Fresh Gourmet
Elevate steak night with seasonal herbs and produce.
In this hands-on cooking class, your chef instructor shares restaurant-style techniques to enhance familiar ingredients with a gourmet touch. You’ll grill flank steak to tender perfection and give potatoes a flavor boost with fresh herbs and zesty aioli. Create dynamic tastes and textures with char-grilled vegetables, then finish with a fun, frozen twist on sweet and salty caramel popcorn.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
