In this hands-on class with Chef Frank, he will walk you through a gourmet, show-stopping surf and turf experience.
First, you will learn how to make elegant oyster shooters, spiked with vodka and fresh flavor notes such as citrus, cucumber and mint. Next, you will create a spin on Hamachi Tataki with corn nuts and Serrano chili. The star of the show is the seared cowboy ribeye, topped with a fresh and flavorful charred corn and tomato relish. One skill you will take home with you — torching burnt sugar into caramelized perfection — is learned during the final course of creme brûlée.
