Introduce yourself to this storied culinary art with Chef Taka in an engaging, hands-on course that will inspire your inner gourmet while tempting your tastebuds.

The class begins with a savory miso soup, followed by luscious sushi roll. For the following course, you will delve into mouthwatering California roll and one of Chef Taka’s own special recipes. From there, you will prepare nigiri with a diverse selection of enticing ingredients from which to choose, after which you will progress to crafting sumptuous sashimi. Conclude your experience with an irresistible dish composed of spicy and mouthwatering tuna along with hearty Wagyu beef. Please note that the menu is subject to change based upon seasonal availability.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Chef Taka has experience working in many authentic popular and traditional style Japanese restaurants. Once he reached the U.S., he completed training in both traditional and fusion styles of sushi. With over 10 years of culinary experience, Chef Taka wants to provide a new Japanese sushi experience for his guests. It’s a traditional Japanese experience infused with fun and all "handrolled" into one!
