You'll feel like you're dining in Italy in this immersive cooking class. Explore Tuscan cuisine with the help of a chef instructor. Learn the technique to cook rosemary chicken under a brick and pair it with a creamy risotto. Whip up a wine-infused custard topped with strawberries for a decadent Italian dessert. You'll elevate your cooking and learn new recipes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!
