Choose and mix ingredients that you'll form into gluten and dairy-free chocolate financiers. Dare to make a batch of clafoutis to delight your sweet tooth cravings. You'll also prepare dairy-free velvety and vanilla-scented pots de crème. Learn to use ingredients such as dairy-free milk, almond flour, dairy-free butter and seasonal berries without compromising on taste.

My wife and I recently attended the "Gluten-Free French Pastries" class with Chef Lisa, and it was a truly exceptional experience! I cannot recommend this class—and Chef Lisa—highly enough. Chef Lisa is an incredible instructor who is both patient and extremely knowledgeable. She is very personable and created a welcoming environment for the class. What sets her apart is how she shares her past experiences as a pastry chef, weaving in the fascinating history and the actual science behind the pastries we were making. It made the process so much more engaging than just following a recipe. As for the pastries themselves, every single one we made was exceptional. If you are looking for a top-tier baking class, look no further. I would gladly take any other class Chef Lisa teaches!

Chef Lisa was amazing! She has so much knowledge for baking and cooking, and specifically healthy, gluten free, and dairy free recipes. She was fun to chat with while baking and let us do the baking while giving direction. It wasn't just about the 3 recipes of the class, she also taught us tips and tricks for baking and cooking in general. We learned so much! A++ rating, telling all my friends to take a class taught by Chef Lisa.
