Cooking Class - Macaron Mash-Up
Infuse fun flavor combinations into classic macarons for a sophisticated treat.
This interactive cooking class puts a modern spin on traditional macarons. During this three-hour chef-led lesson, you will cover all of the essential techniques to prepare classic macarons from mixing meringue for the batter to piping and baking the shells. You’ll flavor your macarons with scratch-made fillings inspired by peaches and champagne and decadent chocolate crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
