What You’ll Do

Level up your meat game in this French-inspired cooking class.

Learn how to make the perfect steak in this French-themed cooking class. You’ll learn to cook a perfect tender pan-fried steak and serve it with a shallot and herb compound butter. You’ll practice caramelizing onions, rustling up a fresh summer stew and making choux pastry for sweet cream puffs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The experience was fun and we learned a lot. My only issue was my chicken was not cooked completely and I was not able to eat it. Everything else was great.
