This special cooking class ideal for date night showcases the versatility of wine in the culinary world. With gourmet tips from a chef instructor, you’ll infuse different styles of wine into poultry, vinaigrette, dessert and more! Learn how each variety of wine adds complexity and balance to sweet or savory dishes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

A wonderful date night idea and a great class from a wonderful chef who convinced us we could do it … and we did! More date night classes in our future.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!
