Cooking Class - Confectionery Odyssey
Take a journey through global confections.
Become an aficionado on global confectionery in this dynamic cooking class. You'll spend the day getting hands-on as you make truffles from Brazil, cookies from Argentina and pastry from Greece. A knowledgeable pastry chef will ensure that you know what you're doing every step of the way. In this class, you'll learn new cooking tricks and techniques that will broaden your culinary skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef was great, I just feel that the context of the class was very poor. Nothing to excited. The dessert was definitely not the best. Coming from NYC and being in the catering business my expectations were high.
Meet your chef
Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
