What You’ll Do

Go from dough to delicious with fresh, handmade pasta.

Take this cooking class and you will never buy dry pasta again! Under the expert guidance of our instructors, you will learn foolproof techniques for crafting perfect dough every time, allowing you to easily create a variety of pasta shapes. From mastering the art of rolling and cutting pappardelle to the intricate process of filling and shaping tortellini, you'll build your skills and expand your culinary repertoire.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
