In this cooking class learn to prepare a sumptuous brunch. Chef Danny will show you how to craft an exquisite feast transforming your mornings into a celebration.

Begin the culinary adventure by learning the secrets to the fluffiest lemon and raspberry pancakes. Then, top up some French toast with velvety blueberry ricotta cream. Yet, no brunch experience would be complete without getting to the heart of the perfect eggs Benedict and some crispy pancetta for a savory finish. Get ready to impress your family and friends for years to come!

My husband and I had a great, and educational experience with Chef Y. We learned so much and the chefs were so helpful and everything is hands on! We ended up having a great time working together and with other couples! Then ended up having a delicious 4 course meal! Definitely will be doing another class soon!

Chef Tianna Ottley was excellent! Class size was too big for available workspace/equipment. Recipes should have been printed out and given to all participants at the class.

The class was very fun and informative, I learned how to properly chop an onion, how to make raviolis, and how to use pasta making machinery.

We would have liked to learn how to do more variations of sealing and folding dumplings and the recipes for the fillings. We tipped the chefs at the event.
